| | What is MM2H ?Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) Programme is promoted by the Government of Malaysia to allow foreigners who fulfill certain criteria, to stay in Malaysia for as long as possible on a multiple-entry social visit pass. It is open to citizens of all countries recognised by Malaysia regardless of race, religion, gender or age. Applicants are allowed to bring their spouses and unmarried children below the age of 21 as dependants.

| 马来西亚第二家园申请条件按马来西亚相关法律的规定，申请人满足下列条件可申请马来西亚第二家园计划：1、申请人须有证明月收入不低于1万马币（约21,000人民币），可为夫妇收入的总和。
收入可以是工资或房产租金等相对固定的收入之和，如收入总额里包括租金需要提供产权证明和租约。2、50岁以下申请人须拥有50万马币（约110万人民币）以上的银行存款，50岁以上申请者须拥有35万马币（约75万人民币）以上的银行存款。3、申请人及配偶无犯罪记录。在申请获得批准以后，主申请人需要在马来西亚境内开设的任一银行开立账户，并根据年龄存入一定的资金。50岁以下成功申请者需要存款30万马币（约60万人民币），50岁以上成功申请者需要存款15万马币（约30万人民币）。这笔款项可以在第二年分别取出15万（50岁以下）和5万（50岁以上）用于投资和消费，剩余存款部分直到取消第二家园身份时可以取出。* 准备材料前请与我公司客服详细咨询，以避免准备不足、浪费时间的情况发生。
