Nilai 3 ZC Sdn Bhd, formerly known as ZC Trading was established in 2003. We have two shop in Nilai 3 . One is the Headquarter and the other is Branch. Our headquarter measure about 15000ft2 and our branch measure about 19200ft 2.www.nilai3zcservices.com  is developed due to sheer passion and commitment of its founder towards wedding handicraft especially hantaran,bunga telur, artificial flower and wedding decoration items such as door gift, souvenirs, home decoration and water fountain.
We offer a wide range of different, unique and exclusive products. We always looking forward to make new and innovative product. We are specialize in making handicraft from paper ribbon. All of our product are also deal in wholesale and retail.
Nilai 3 ZC Sdn Bhd slogan is “Merealisasikan Impian Mu” that means we want to make our customer’s dreams come true. We choose this slogan because we want our customer to get the best services and products from our company.

7.If happen that your ordered item is out of stock, we will try our best to contact you before sending out the parcel. however in certain condition, we might refund to you directly without prior notice.

8.We will not responsible to any damage or lose during shipping period.Customer are advise to check the parcel on the spot. If you are not receiving your parcel after the promised leadtime , kindly contact pos laju 1-300-300-300 for any enquiry and insure if any damages/lose of the product .

9.If you’re given us an undelivered address or contact number and causing the parcel to be rejected, we will not be responsible on resending the parcel to you. You will have to pay the additional shipping for resending the parcel.
The user of ZC is presumed to have read all the terms and conditions herein and FAQ and is deemed to have agreed, understood and accepted unconditionally all the terms, conditions, procedures and risks of using the services and can not at any time claim ignorance of any or all of them.
1. Can i phone or fax my order?
No, orders are accepted only online after securing your payment throught the credit card information submitted by you

2.How do i feel sure that you have correctly registered the order placed?
After you have places the order, you will get an email confirming each order registered with us. Please check your e-mail and if you want any correction, you are requested to get in touch with us

3.How much time do you take to deliver after the payment has been made?
We shall deliver your order within 3-7 working days of securing your payment or on the approximate delivery date mentioned by you in the order form, whichever is later.Please take note  that there are no shipments made from the store on every first Saturday of  the month , every sundays  and public holidays as our fulfillment partner, pos laju , does not make any pick ups on those days.

4.Can i get shipment details for my orders?
We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order , as soon as the item are handed  over to the Courier, along with the tracking number under which it has been shipped. 5.How to register a complaint related to non - delivery of partial-order?
All complaints regarding the non-delivery of the partial order or any other similar issues regarding the delivery product should be registered with us within 10days of the delivery date .

6.My transaction could not be completed but my account has been debited
In case of a unsuccessful transaction where your account has been debited but there is no Order confirmation from ZC then please contact us at 07-7582200 or send a mail to NILAI3ZC@HOTMAIL.COM

7.Which country can order be delivered?
ZC online ordering facility is available for delivery within Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei and Indonesia only

8.Refund / Cancellation item are not accepted
