** Instruction from Tony & Mak:
a) Steel structure must paint with anti-rust undercoat first.
b) Cut off plants against wall near swimming pool, to do plaster & paint the wall.
c) Amin (has agreed) to instruct his workers start to do touch up in & out of the bungalow.
d) Master bedroom balcony's floor need to level with inside.
e) 2nd floor water pipe (that exposed) need to be concealed.

2.30pm - 6pm raining (very heavy)

- Main entrance concrete slab (widen) completed.

- Last night (24/1) heavy rain causing the outside wall very wet, couldn't do plaster.
- Because of heavy rain last night, discover a few spot of slab leaking water, causing the plastered ceiling getting
wet. Jason has informed Mak. No choice but to wait for water-proofing floor done.
- Ateh promised to come do the front drain, but again doesn't showed up. Jason called he said come next

- Mak's staff brought one hacking machine to site, Jason let Hanif do necessary hacking job.

4) Feedback / problem:
- Tom came 12pm, decide not to do box up first for water piping at the side. With that decision, Hassan only
dismantle the scaffolding to allow digging job for the front drainage system.
- The roof material should be arrived at the contractor factory by today, but when Jason called to check, their
supervisor haven't getting notice about it. Jason check with Mr Tan, there will be a few day delayed.

- CCTV & alarm works done. Dak said call him before put up ceiling to make sure all wiring levels are correct.

- Electrical & plumbing not working today.

- Ateh (drain) came to work, but didn't bring tools, said cannot work without hacking machine, handbarrow etc...
Jason confirmed with Aaron that he need to figure it out himself, that he should prepare his own tools.

- Cleaning & digging front drain to build a concrete slab.

3) Goods ordered / received:
- Order Cement 100pkt & Kapur 100pkt
- Sand arrived 11.30am - 1load (6-wheel)
- Kapur arrived 4.30pm - 100pkt
- Cement arrived 4.30pm - 50pkt
- Order 1 load of sand to be delivered on Sat (12/1).

4) Feedback / problem:
- Ateh called on morning said will come to work but again, didn't showed up.
- Tom Yeap said he won't have to come until we are ready to install doors & windows.
For those not aligned sub-frame he ask just remove it.
- The walcrete still not delivered, so plaster workers have to mixed manually cement with kapur, but the outcome
is not so good, the plastered wall are looks "cracking" (see pic), need to scheme before painting.
Mak ask Jason to tell the workers try to mix with less kapur. Jason has informed Amin & Hassan to look into it.

- Called Ah Choy (ceiling), to meet him tmr (10/1) to confirm starting ceiling work by next week.
- Called Edmond, he confirmed they will continue the job till completing the roof. He also request for payment.

- Crane arrived 10.45; leave 6pm (the crane ordered by steel contractor, we does not responsible for anything)

4) Feedback / problem:
- An accident happened when install steel beam @ master bedroom.
The steel beam fell down (but still chained to the crane)caused by not properly welded.
Fortunately no one is hurt and nothing is damaged. The steel worker put it back using bigger nuts and welding
it properly.

- Jason think only 3 person to install such big construction of steel frame is too dangerous, no proper safety
equipment was used, solely depends on experience.

- Steel & plumbing workers both not working today.
- Dak (CCTV) came. Jason inform him about need to re-adjust the height of CCTV wiring at 1st floor,
as instruct by Tom.
- Jason ask Hanif to hack 2 small corner of balcony @ master bedroom, for steel installation job tomorrow.
- Hassan a few workers to other site.
- Jason request Mak to send back the water pump, and a hacking tools. But Mak couldn't promised when,
as he is busy.

- Order cement - 50pkt

- DBKL came, check nothing's wrong.
But asking us to "sponsor" for their magazine. Aaron approved Jason to pay RM150, with receipt given.
- Hassan finds out a few sub-frame need to be re-adjust. Jason has informed Tom Yeap, they will come
on 10/1 (Thu) to work.
