1.        When you will reply our message?

We will try to reply your message as soon as possible. But our usual reply hour is Mon-Fri 10am – 6pm,  and Sat 10am – 1pm

2.        How long is the period of delivery?

We will ship out your order within 2 working days. Normally takes 3-5 working days to arrive.

3.        I received wrong item / shortage.

We sincerely apologize for the discrepancy! Don’t worry, WE WILL definitely responsible for our mistake. We will reply your msg asap and arrange for refund / replacement.

4.        Can I change my address after I place order?

No, you will have to cancel order and reorder again.

5.        Do you have physical shop?

We are official online store and no operate physical store.

6.        Can I Self Collect?

Yes, you may order at Shopee first and msg us to arrange for self collect.

7.        How to join dropship?

Sorry we don’t do dropship at the moment.
