Muthu & Lee is a Real Estate Agency firm which is registered with the "Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Real Estate Agents, Malaysia" and was established in 1980. The Company was founded by the late MR. E.S. MUTHU a pioneer in the real estate industry in Malaysia together with DATUK LEE HENG PJN., KMN., JP., B.Sc. (A0024&E0301).
DATUK LEE HENG, the Principal, is a Registered Appraiser, Auctioneer & Estate Agent in the state of Perak. He had been involved in the Real Estate business since 1975. DATUK LEE HENG was also appointed as Ipoh City Hall Councilor from 1987 to 2004, a
period of 18 years and is also the Chairman of Malaysia Institute of Estate Agents, Perak Branch.
Muthu & Lee had
been involved in valuing properties both movable and immovable for commercial
banks for loan purposes as well as for individual land owners and companies for
compensation on land acquisition matters. Some of our valued clients are
Chartered bank, Maybank, Bank Pertanian, OCBC, Public Bank, UMBC and many
others. Muthu & Lee had also been appointed as Danaharta Agents and had served several large estates and housing projects and have had extensive experience in the real estate business for more than 38 years. The company's expertise includes property sales and rental including land sales, property valuation, auctioning, property management and other property related advisory and consultancy works.

businesses are all over West Malaysia, East Malaysia and within the region of

We are led
by our Principal Datuk Lee Heng PJN., JP., KMN., B.Sc., MIEA who had been in the real estate business for
about 40 years and whose reputation is second to none in the local property
circle.
Datuk Lee
Heng is a pioneer in the local property industry and had been a Registered
Appraiser (A 0024) since 1974 and is also a Registered Estate Agent (E 301). He
started off with Mr. E.S. Muthu who was a Retired Assessment Officer for Ipoh
Town and also a Registered Appraiser of the Board of Valuers , Appraisers &
Estate Agents.
Datuk Lee
Heng had also been appointed to value land involvement in acquisition by
Government to access compensation and had on many occasions been appointed as
the assessor to sit with the High Court Judge in land acquisition cases to
assist The Honorable Judge in making decisions for compensation in the said
cases.

Heng was also appointed as Ipoh City Hall Councilor from 1987 to 2004, a period
of 18 years and is presently The Chairman of the Perak Branch of Malaysian
Institute of estate Agents, Malaysia.

Heng had also attended as guest speaker in many symposiums relating to the
local and regional property market and continues to spearhead the local
property scene as a very prominent figure.
Datuk Lee Heng was the estate agent winner for the international title known as the International Arch of Europe (IAE) Award
2013 of Business Initiative Direction (BID) which is presented to those from 178 countries worldwide in recognition of their commitment,
quality, leadership, technology and innovation to the real estate industry.
This is a global recognition of his contribution.
