You also can decide whether you want the system to alert you in advance or not. This system will send alert messages to your hand phone on a day-to-day basis before your appointed scheduled meeting date.

This system allows you to store all your personal data and important telephone number, insurance policy, car info, birthday, anniversary etc. You can select the important details and pre-instruct the system to alert you, as the system will send you alert messages to your hand phone seven days before the reminder date, you also can modify the time and date of the scheduled messages before the system sends it out.
C) Family data management
This system allows us to keep all the family members personal data separately, you can decide whether or not the system send alert messages to you or your family member on the specific date.
D) Customer data management
This system allows us to keep all the customer? is data separately, you can decide whether or not the system send alert message to your customer during some special occasions or special sale promotion, this will maintain good relationship between us and our customer. The system will send alert message on the schedule date.
E) Supplier data management
This system allows you to keep all our supplier data, wherein you can decide whether or not the system alert messages on some special occasions to our supplier.
F) Employee data management
This system allows you to keep all your employee personal data, you also can decide whether or not the system to send alert message to your employee during their birthday or festival days. The system will send the message on the date you schedule , as this will enhance the good relationship between you and your staff.
 The above scheduled messages will be shown and displayed in the SMS alert system, you can modify the date, time and your sender ID. You also can delete the schedule message before you send out. The system will keep all the sending report in Data Management Software for your future reference.
