关于金宝山

金宝山风景墓园有限公司成立于2006年。這是唯一一家最大的私营企业管理墓園位于美里市，北砂拉越，马来西亚。

金寶山土地开发于2006年，并于當年的7月9日由大伯公廟主席甲必丹邱祖根主持第一期動土儀式以開啟第一阶段發展。

金寶山從Tanah Selamat Sdn Bhd 分階段合約投入馬幣1亿打造位於31公里美民公路的100亩空置土地並全權负责所有建设开发，营销和代理事务管理以成為优美的风景墓园。
如今，最初的第一阶段福地、骨灰阁位和美化宗教与無神論墓園福地已规划50英亩土地。至於另外的50亩土地將充作未来发展。

在成立7年以來，本公司成功录得总营业额馬幣四百萬並擁有超過兩千多名購買者。
金寶山風景墓園设定前景和战略方向由負責董事协助。主要管理人员將负责整体管理。我們將全心全意以专业的服务和管理服務大眾並完全致力于提供客戶省心，关怀，爱护和关心。

About Us

Golden Hill Memorial Park was established in the year 2006. It is the only private memorial park and the largest in Miri region where situated in the northern part of Sarawak, Malaysia. Development of the land started towards the mid-year of 2006 and on July 09, 2006 the 1st phase of Golden Hill Memorial Park was launched and opened by Kapitan Hiew, the Chairman of the Tua Pek Kong Temple and Chinese Community leader.

The Company ventured into the memorial park business when it secured contracts valued at RM100 million for the development of 100 acres vacant land situated at 31km of Miri-Bintulu Road into the memorial park by phases from Tanah Selamat Sdn Bhd where Golden Hill Memorial Park Bhd is in charge of the construction and development progress, sales, marketing and agency affairs.

Today, the Memorial Park has grown from an initial first phase of 50acre development of burial plots, urn compartment and also beautifully manicured and landscaped religious and pagan gardens. An additional 50 acres is ready for future development. Over the past 7 years of establishment, the Company successfully recorded the total turnover of RM40 million and more than 2,000 customers purchases the products.

Our Directors assist the Company to set the strategic direction of the Company. Our key management personnel are responsible for the overall management. They have the extensive background in managing such professional service business. We are fully committed to always offer convenience, peace of mind and dignity during one of the most difficult times a family will face with personal care, love and concern.

统的墓碑設計替换成园艺美化，从而使路人无视公园实际上是一个墓地。每天廿四小时或每星期七天的保安，讓人安全地供奉。

The Concept

The concept involves the establishing of a memorial park set in a landscaped environment providing a peaceful, tranquil, dignified and safe environment in which families can put to rest their loved ones, rather than a cemetery. Various park features such as a myriad of little ponds and a stream with its bird life add to making a visit at the memorial park a pleasant experience rather than a depressing experience.

Traditional tombstones are replaced by classical rectangular granite that are laid into the lawn covered burial blocks thus making by passers oblivious to the park actually being memorable. 24 hour security or 7 days a week enables everyone and especially more vulnerable elderly persons to safely visit the park on their own.

The Future

The future of the memorial park will see further landscaping and development of the remaining land to eventually provide approximately 15,000 burial lots and a further 10,000 urn compartment. The establishment of a trust fund aims to provide secure and sufficient funds for the future generations to maintain the memorial park and its facilities at equally high standards as set today.
